Welcome to Jivanta Hospital. We want to ensure your visit or stay with us is as comfortable and stress-free as possible. Please review the guidelines below.
Admission Process
- Bring a valid ID proof (Aadhar Card, PAN, etc.)
- Bring past medical records and prescriptions
- Insurance/TPA card (if applicable)
- An admission deposit may be required based on the room type
Visiting Hours
- Wards: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM & 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
- ICU: 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM & 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
- Only one visitor is allowed at a time in the ICU
- Children under 12 are generally not permitted in inpatient areas
Billing & Insurance
- We accept all major credit/debit cards and UPI
- Cashless facility available for empanelled TPAs
- Please contact the TPA desk 24 hours prior to planned admissions
- Final billing clearance takes approximately 3-4 hours after discharge order
Discharge Process
- Discharge is planned by your treating consultant
- A detailed discharge summary and medication plan will be provided
- Follow-up appointment dates will be clearly mentioned
- Feedback forms must be submitted during discharge
